Junior is a computer engineer and entrepreneur passionate about creating positive social impact. In 2018, he founded Refayiti, an innovative online sales platform empowering Haitian artisans and producers. Through Refayiti, Junior has provided a virtual space for these talented individuals to showcase and sell their products to a global audience, fostering economic growth and cultural exchange.
Since December 2021, Junior has taken on the vital role of UN Youth Representative for the Humanitarian Focus Foundation, where he actively contributes to humanitarian efforts. As a dedicated member of the Global Youth Sustainability and Impact Leaders (GYSIL), Junior consistently advocates for the importance of youth engagement and their potential to make a significant difference in the world.
Furthermore, Junior co-founded AGESS (Association for a Generation of Children Without AIDS), a collective of passionate young Haitians. AGESS aims to educate prospective parents about preventive measures to avoid HIV contraction and to support children born with the virus and those affected by it in other ways. By addressing the multifaceted challenges surrounding HIV, Junior, and AGESS strive to create a future where every child can live free from the burden of this disease.
