Steven Alston, born in 1962 in New York, has led a remarkable life dedicated to service and making a positive impact. From an early age, he was actively involved in St. John Deliverance Tabernacle Inc., his mother’s organization, where he served in various roles and ministries, including Sunday School teacher, choir member, and ordained minister.
In 1989, Steven joined the U.S. Navy with a mission to protect American freedom. During his service, he demonstrated exceptional dedication and skills, serving in various roles such as an Electronic Warfare Specialist, Intelligence Photographer, and Ship’s Work-Center Career Counselor. He received several accolades and commendations for his exemplary service and bravery.
After his honorable discharge from the Navy in 1993, Steven pursued further education and earned a Master of Arts in Communications from Regent University. He has since been involved in impactful media productions, including directing a historical documentary called “Return to Glory,” which garnered recognition and awards.
Throughout his career, Steven has held positions in admissions, career counseling, and veteran services, making significant contributions to organizations such as the YMCA, Job Corps, and the New York State Department of Labor. He has also represented the Governor of New York State at events honoring veterans.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Steven is an accomplished author, having released a thought-provoking book titled “The Eikons of God: Soul vs. Spirit – Which One is the Real You?” His passion for knowledge and making a difference led him to establish IIC Ministries (Information Impacting Change) with a vision to know God and make Him known through disseminating life-changing information.
