Charles has been actively promoting entrepreneurship and youth development throughout his career.
Charles Philippe Bernoville is a Political Science and International Relations scholar with a background in Administrative Science. He has held various positions, including Head of Partnership and International Cooperation of Cap-Haitian. Charles has extensive academic achievements, having studied at the Collège Notre Dame du Perpétuel Secours and specializing in Political and Social Sciences at the Higher Institute of Political and Social Training.
Charles has been actively promoting entrepreneurship and youth development throughout his career. He represented the Foundation Être Ayisyen, supporting entrepreneurial activities and fostering thousands of young people’s creativity and leadership skills. Additionally, he served as Personal Assistant to Mr. Daly Valet at the National Palace, working alongside the Haitian President as Special Advisor for Electoral Affairs.
Charles Philippe Bernoville’s dedication to public service led him to work as a Consultant in the Haitian Parliament and later as Head of Communication for the Municipal Administration under Mayor Jean Claude Mondésir. His expertise and commitment to civic engagement were recognized by the United States Embassy in Haiti, which nominated him to participate in the prestigious International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). He represented Haiti in the program, focusing on US State and Local Government.
Passionate about history, Charles Philippe Bernoville founded PROFILE AYITI, an organization that emphasizes education, lifelong training, and the promotion of responsible family models. He served as Head of Communication at the Town Hall of Cap-Haitien before being appointed as Head of Partnership and External Cooperation of Cap-Haitien. In this role, he aims to revitalize decentralized cooperation, enhance coordination between the Town Hall and NGOs, and strengthen connections between Cap-Haitien and other cities and institutions worldwide. Charles’s appointment was based on his outstanding performance evaluated by the Ministry of the Interior and Local Authorities as part of the Municipal Administration Modernization Program.
