She has provided emotional support to post-cancer surgery patients as a volunteer at a local hospital, organized fundraising activities for charities in Haiti, and actively participated in local beautification initiatives as an AARP volunteer and neighborhood block association member.
Her civic engagement extends into the political arena, where she has held a secretarial position in a political group, demonstrating her leadership and advocacy skills. She has made significant strides in fostering political awareness and encouraging civic participation.
Rollande has been a dedicated member and Vice President of a non-profit organization for 20 years, where she served as the vice president for five years, where she served underprivileged children in Haiti. The organization is committed to supporting disadvantaged children and fully funds a technical school that equips individuals with self-sustainability skills.
